All you need to know

Join the workshop

A friendly, beginner-friendly session where you can transform an everyday jar into your very own decorative piece.

What’s included

  • Introduction to glass painting techniques
  • Use of paints, brushes and design inspiration
  • Time to create your own hand-painted glass item
  • Gentle, optional reflection and conversation
  • Your own creation to take home, with drying guidance

What to bring

One clean, empty jar or bottle—such as a jam, Nutella or coffee jar. Spare glass containers can be available.

This is a creative wellbeing activity, not clinical art therapy. Finished work may need more time to dry or cure at home.
